1. Data Collection & DPDP Act Compliance

Grophi Engine operates on a Zero-Touch Private Workspace architecture. Every recruiter's workspace is strictly partitioned: candidate resumes, interview notes, and pipeline data uploaded by you are visible only to your authenticated account. Grophi staff cannot view, read, mine, train on, or otherwise access your uploaded candidate data. In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, data is collected solely for the purpose of facilitating your recruitment workflows.

2. Use of Information & AI Processing

Candidate resumes and interview logs are processed using advanced third-party AI APIs (including Large Language Models) to extract skills, generate fitment scores, and create capability narratives. Processing is automated and scoped to your workspace — outputs are never aggregated into shared models or shown to other recruiters.

3. Data Sharing & Security

Grophi OPC Private Limited does not sell your data. Data is encrypted in transit and stored securely. We adhere to standard industry practices to prevent unauthorized access.

4. Grievance Officer & Data Deletion
