Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Goods & Consumable Credits

Grophi operates on a digital SaaS and consumable credit model. Due to the immediate computing costs associated with AI processing, all purchases of processing credits, platform passes, and subscriptions are final. All listed prices (including ₹179 and ₹479 plans) are fully inclusive of applicable Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the mandatory 18% rate.

2. No Refunds on Consumed Services

We do not offer refunds, partial or full, for credits that have already been consumed to parse resumes or generate AI synthesis, nor do we offer refunds for active time-based passes once the time period has begun.

3. Global Payments & Currency

For international clients, currency conversion and foreign exchange rates are managed directly by our payment gateway partners. Grophi is not responsible for any additional cross-border fees applied by your issuing bank.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your recurring billing at any time through the Workspace. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but your account will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
