Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 2026

1. Subscription Fees

Grophi operates on a professional subscription model. All Subscription Fees, billing cadences, and service inclusions are governed by the signed Professional Service Agreement executed between the client entity and Grophi OPC Private Limited. Subscription Fees are inclusive of applicable Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated in the Agreement.

2. No Refunds on Utilized Services

Refunds, partial or full, will not be issued once any portion of the contracted services or monthly ingestion quota has been utilized within the active subscription period. Unused quota does not accrue and is not refundable at the end of a billing cycle. Any exceptions are governed exclusively by the Professional Service Agreement.

3. Global Payments & Currency

For international clients, currency conversion and foreign exchange rates on Subscription Fees are managed directly by our payment gateway partners. Grophi is not responsible for additional cross-border fees applied by your issuing bank.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel recurring billing in accordance with the notice provisions of your Professional Service Agreement. Cancellation prevents future charges, but your account remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. Subscription Fees already paid for the active cycle are non-refundable.
