Grophi OPC Private Limited operates as a professional staffing and recruitment agency. The Grophi Engine platform is a facilitation tool. We do not provide, and nothing within this application shall be construed as providing, any guarantee regarding the successful placement, hiring, or long-term retention of any candidate. All employment outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the hiring entity.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the platform only for lawful recruitment or professional capability assessment purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the platform to send spam, upload fraudulent data, or bypass security protocols (including Captcha and OTP systems).

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
