Grophi OPC Private Limited operates as both a specialized recruitment firm and a technology provider. The Grophi Engine platform is a standalone SaaS workspace that provides AI-driven recruitment and candidate matching tools for data parsing and synthesis. We are not a staffing agency and do not guarantee the successful placement, hiring, or retention of any candidate.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the platform only for lawful recruitment or professional capability assessment purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the platform to send spam, upload fraudulent data, or bypass security protocols (including Captcha and OTP systems).

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
