From parsed CV to a decision you can defend
Screening in Grophi is not a keyword count. The engine compares the candidate's actual experience against the mandate's must-have and preferred skills and produces a fitment category with a short written rationale — the reason this person is or is not a fit.
Alongside the score you get the parts a client asks about anyway: a skills matrix, a career timeline with gaps and jumps visible, and the questions worth asking in a first call. If you disagree with the verdict, you can correct it and the record keeps your call, not the model's.
Everything runs inside your own workspace. Candidate data is not pooled with other agencies and is not used to build a shared marketplace.
